How to Request a Custom Agreement in SMVRT Legal

Follow these steps to request a custom agreement on the SMVRT Legal platform.

Step 1: Access the Custom Agreement Tool

1. Log in to your SMVRT Legal account.

2. Click “Custom Agreements” in the dashboard.

3. Click “+ Request Custom Agreement” on the right side of the "Custom Agreements" dashboard.

Step 2: Fill Out the Agreement Questionnaire

4. Complete the Custom Agreement Questionnaire to the best of your knowledge.

   • Tip: Your responses don’t need to be perfect. You’ll have the chance to refine details with a contract lawyer.

   • If unsure about a question, provide as much information as possible, and our team will help clarify later.

Step 3: Payment & Processing

5. Proceed with payment to initiate your custom agreement request.

   • If you experience payment issues, contact SMVRT Support.

6. Once payment is completed, you will be redirected to your dashboard, where your agreement will appear in the legend with a status of “In Progress.”

Step 4: What Happens Next?

7. Our team will review your questionnaire and begin drafting your agreement.

   • Important: Agreements will not be delivered before 7 business days. This time allows for internal review, lawyer input, and quality assurance.

Step 5: Tracking Progress & Receiving Your Agreement

8. You will receive email updates and notifications in your dashboard as your agreement progresses.

   • Expect updates when:

     • The review process starts

     • Lawyer feedback is incorporated

     • Your agreement is ready for review

9. Once the agreement is complete, you will be notified via email with instructions on how to review and finalize it.
